Chushy is a genetic mutation first discovered in America in 2014. It is a Dominant Gene that makes the animals fur very thin and patchy and the skin very scaley, the hamstery first described the feel of the fur as "Wirey". A lot of people in the Hamster Community when they first see the mutation automatically jump to Cushings, Mites or Mange.
According to the main hamstery producing them there is no difference between a Tutu Hamster and a TuTu.
Just like with Hairless this is considered an unethical mutation and we do not support the breeding or purchasing of this mutation and this page is simply for educational purposes.
