Beige was discovered in 1964, it's a very uncommon colour and has near enough disappeared from the Show Bench. It's made up of Rust and Dark Grey [1]
Breeding note for Beige
Due to both Rust and Dark Grey being somewhat uncommon Beige itself has become uncommon. If wanting to purposefully produce Beige when no second Beige is available to do a Beige x Beige breeding, the best thing to do is find a Golden then inbreed on that. [2]
